Why Database Login window appeared in Crystal Report

Question

 have created an application and crystal report using Visual Studio 2005
Pro, the application able to show and print the report in the development
environment, and working fine.

I also created the setup.exe to deploy the crystal report into other
computer in the production environment, but click button to generate report,
the Crystal Report Viewer show a Database Login screen but some time not. I entered the login information, but the report still not able to show.

Please help me out. Thanks.
