Why article are keep submit stage from long time

Question

Hi,

I have posted an article on 05 Jun 2016 and today is 17 Jun 2016, but still my article is in submit stage. My Question is that within max two or three days article are publishing by auditor but why why my articles keeping maximum days in submit stage.

 

Please help me for publishing my article
