While Inserting the Records "Page Cannot be displayed" error

Question

Hi Im facing problem often on production.
In one of my form When i click on the submit button it will takes 15-20 mints for execution to insert the data, after some processing browser is showing "A Page cannot be dispalyed" some times.Even my code is in try catch block ,but still it is not showing any error message, it just dispalying "A Page cannot be dispalyed" error on browser.
