While debggin correctiong and why need to recompile?

Dear Experts,

Currently I’m working in asp.net with C#, as per my earlier experience in Vb.net window base application.

 

There is a wonderful feature i.e. while running my application I got an error then same time I correct and run with F11, that means not need to re-run or re-compiling.

But in C# not idea!

 

Can anyone give the solutions?
