Which technology has to be used for flat file management

Question

Hi ,

      Recently i had a below practical requirement in my interview 

 

   I have  data in a flat file and i need some space to hold that file, and i have  to see those data with diiferent format in my asp.net web project.it's going to be daily thrice that is the data comes in the file thrice a day.Each file would be 100mb,200mb,300mb.I want to see those data in my website and go back to past history.As a system my current .net project has to communicate with other systems like mainframe,Java and etc  to send and receive data as a flat file?

 

what would be the approach for this requirement?
