Which services can use from Cloud?

Hi

I am a software developer and working in a automobile company in IT team. the company has big business and many internal projects in microsoft technology in asp.net,mvc, sql server , and those project are running in many contries in their different-different plants.

Now the company is planing to go on cloud and they assigned us to identify which cloud services we can use, they asked me to do some R&D for cloud and azur .

I dont have any idea and experience of cloud, anybody help me on that?

which services for what and which we could use?

Give me any idea of cloud and aur.
