Which one is best?

Hi everybody

 

I got offer in two Companies(both companies are MNC)

1.in one company i got the offer for 4.5Lak with specialist software engineer (for work in MVC with Web api)

2.in another company i got the offer for 5.5Lak with Softare Developer role(to work in WPF with WCF)..here am new to wpf but they said it's okay you work on service and entityframwork..compare to company this company near to my place as well as this people providing more benefits and good project but windows that one web, am very familiar in web...but company2 it's placed in india and uk(this people said me as we will provide onsite within 2years because 70% development team in uk) , company 1 placed in all over world , 

 

Company 1(MVC-4.5Lak-Specialist SE) or Company2(WPF-5.5Lak-Software Developer) ?

my total exp is 2.5yrs
