WHICH JQUERY LIBRARY CAN I USE

Question

My Dear Code masters,

 

Blessed day to you all, I need your advice on which Jquery Library can i use with my application. I currently use this

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.3/jquery.min.js"></script>

 the issue is if we are not online, the Jquery in the application will not fuction as soon as we are online it works fine.

 

kindly advice me where to find the most current Jquery that i can donwload and use along with our application.
