Which Javascript library to use in my C# MVC application

Question

Hi,

I have a C# MVC application to implement, here I need to use many java scripts to include dynamic and latest features.

In my previous project I was writing Java scripts for many things and it was time taking and difficult to rectify as I was not so familiar with it. 

 

So in my new project I would like to use knockout.js or telerik etc. as they are providing inbuilt solutions for many requirements .

 

But I am not familiar with any of these, so please anyone can tell me how should I proceed, which service I should opt?

 

I have searched through the net, and got some results,but still confused how to implement it in my MVC application.
