Which is better MCA or MScIT ?

Hi. I have done BE (Electronics) and currently working as Business Analyst, however I am not having good programming / computer knowledge to excel in my field.
I am thinking of one option out of these two through  distance learning: MScIT or MCA !!
Kindly suggest me which one is better in terms of (1)Knowledge Gain , and (2)Industry Demand
