which dll need to put on server bin to fix Microsoft.ACE.OLE

Question

the problem on server is

The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

i have tried a lot but still not working..any suggestion???

 

which dll need to put on bin file...(I am using import). 

Here i am using 64bit with 32 bit  office.
