Whether seek for job or go for M.C.A. after U.G.

Hi sir, I'm a student of B.Sc.IT and pursuing final year.I am very confused whether seek for job or go for M.C.A. I am not well prepared for M.C.A. entrances. If I drop a year for preparation , How will it be. Please advise me.
