Thank You Avinash & Vithal!
To complete the question regarding "1 year drop" for preparation, I would put the following thoughts & impact calculation.
1) The 1 year investment for quality education like IIT/High Profile Job Assuring MCA College is good
2) If you calculate the 1 year loss as 1 year before you are graduating and earning a salary of 3 Lakhs per annum, the loss is 3 Lakhs in 5 years (1 year drop, 3 year course, 1 year work)
3) If you calculate the 1 year loss after 10 years, you can see a better education would have earned you better paying job (starting 5-6 Lakhs first year) and better increments. So in a matter of 10 years you are in profit.

Firstly i would like to say that the way which given by Jean is the best way,but again as per as my experience i want to tell you that if you get a good college for MCA and suppose you also score good in MCA with good knowladge, but their is another condition is their to get job in good MNC company i.e your through out carrier must be 70% above if you satisfy this condition then their is a chance to get job at MNC as a fresher, if you don't have this one then their is no mater whether you are an MCA or of BCA.
Let tell you my scenario you understand it clearly ,I have 62% in 10th ,45% in 12th,72% in BCA and 90% in MCA at Centre For IT Education(A Govt College in Orissa) although i secure good mark in MCA with having good technical skill but I did n't apply for an MNC because their criteria is through out carrier 70% .
So my best advice to you don't waste 1 year prepairation for MCA course ,if you rely want MCA degree then join any pvt college and if the college not provide good teaching then if you rely focus on knowladge then the best way is to grab the subject is issue the book from librery and start learning by your own and if their is an dout in any time and any concept just google it and watch the vedios i them sure you must clear your dout .
Lastly Dear Don't waste time,as u know tat TIME IS MOST PRECIOUS THING IN OUR LIFE.

B.Sc IT/B.Sc Computer Science/BCA can fetch a job, but not equally branded/considered like MCA/B.Tech.
If you have the financial capacity to support MCA, I would recommend that. Otherwise, Not all MNCs have open doors for B.Sc/BCA candidates in the fresher or experience level less than 5 years.
If you consider your long term future, MCA would do good in the marriage market & onsite opportunities too. (Practicals :) )

Appreciate your reply Surya! I agree that there are certain MNCs which requires throughout 70%. But, do all the MNCs add that restriction that SSLC/PDC also should have 70% above?
- I did not really went through Campus placements so not sure. But, I have noticed that MCA graduates who had second class in PDC also got selected by MNCs
- Even if we cannot secure a job as fresher, there is still Second year, Third year open for more MNC chances
- I had struggling time with my B.Sc computer science in my initial 5 years of career as all companies asking for B.Tech/MCA.
- For onsite opportunities USA prefers Master Degree OR 4 year Experience. So upper hand there with MCA

Thank you sir, for paying attention towards my question, but still I've curiosity to know that How will it be to drop a year for preparation to get a better institution and what will be the impact of year gap after graduation.
