Where can I unzip emulator-windows_x64-XXX.zip in Android Studio

Question

I tried to download emulator-windows_x64-7196367.zip by android studio but mabye my internet connection is poor when it access to 102 MB OF 301 MB is stop and show error message. 

 

 

 

I try agin to download it directly from https://dl.google.com/android/repository/emulator-windows_x64-7196367.zip

 Now i want place it but I do not know where put it and unziping it .
