Where am i heading...? I have been into IT since last 10

Question

I have been into IT since last 10. First 2 years .Net Trainer. Then 3 Years Asp.Net Developer. Then 3 Years Asp.Net MVC. And now since last 2 years SharePoint. Have lead Project (team of 4) for 1 year. My interest in in techno-functional responsibilities (a mix of both of technical and managerial skills) Kindly advise What and how i need to proceed from now. Thank You. Best Regards.
