What will be the future in IT Management

I did MCA and working as a MIS Executive( EXP-1 yrs ) Previously I was Worked as a Trainer in NIIT & Others Centers(Exp-1.5).But I am Little Confuse abt both jobs.. I also decide to do PGDM(IT)..What will be the future in IT Management. Can I Continue my job .Please Guide me regarding this matter. I will be Grateful to u .
