what will be the code for inserting a record into database...?

Hai my name is Ramesh and I m totally new to silverlight.I have only 3 month of work experiance in this domain.
Here is my doubt: I have a signUp page(Usercontrol) and i want to insert all the control_fields data to my database(logintestDB) by clicking the submit button.
it may be a silly doubt but please help me with this...
