What to learn

I want to learn windows phone app devlopment since a long time But i Dont know what i need to lern. Its very Confusing. I dont Know Whether I need to to learn to use Blend Or to learn Silverlight. What i exactly need. I have done programing with C#. Somebody please tell me from I should Start... I dont Know the Difference between Blend or silverlight
