What to do if there is study gap after bachelors?

I completed my bachelors in Information Technology in 2016. I planned to study masters in computer science in USA. But unfortunately I couldn't go due to some financial issues at last moment and also my health was detoriated.Also I couldn't learn much as I wanted to since 2 years. Also job was not possible in my near by area. But I want to recover from this situation and go ahead learn some new technology and build up a good career in Information Technology. PLEASE help me out by suggesting ways by which I can get back on track.I know C#,ASP.net mvc,sql, python, core java. I have worked on two projects in last sem of my bachelors.So please suggest what should I do. Should I go for android development, web development or do some courses? I am totally confused and also it is difficult for me to come back on track. But I am willing to work hard. So please help me. Thank you
