what to do after completing BCA

hello, well i want ask what to do after doing BCA .. I've done my BCA from IPU and am not sure which course should i go with.. my priority is a having higher salary with great chances of improvement in my job .... should i do M.Sc(IT) or MCA or MBA ... considering the market situation... what are the condition of competition in IT sector and which course will help me get a good job...
