What to do?

Hello All,
I wanted to know how to create an attractive resume or shall I say how to word my tech experience on paper. I'm currently a Data Processing Engineer with an A.S. Degree in Computer Science. I have been in the Financial Services Industry for 15 years, but four of the latter years have been in Data Processing. I have little experience in C# and ASP.net has triggered my my curiosity and would like to go in that direction. Would anyone give some advice on how to write that out and/or the best way heading into that field?

Please advise as I would most greatly appreciate the advice.
