what should we use on place of update panel

Question

I want to know that is this any other option to update our web page content.I don't want to use update panel in my page because my page has to much control like radio button,dropdownlist, checkbox,textbox and more event also 

it perform very slow and i want to do it fast.

 

Pls provide me a better solutions .
