What setup files I have to give my client?

Question

I have created windows application using C# and created database in SQL Server 2008. And also created some reports in crystal reports. Now I have to send this application to my client. I created setup file of this application using Publish option of Visual Studio. My client's pc have not installed .net framework. So I have to send all this set up files to my client. I tried to search all exe in google for .net framework, sql server ("Can I use lightweight edition?") and for crystal reports.
So please give me links to download all this setup files if anybody know it.
