What is way to create project hierarchy for angular&webapi

Hi every one, I want to develop project using web api and Angular Js, EF, and also want unit testing boh on client and server side.Need guideline in form of sample project that which will be the best architecture that will support my requirments. Considereing most aspect and impact of architecture.
