What is the difference .NET Core and Node.js

I hope, you all are doing well.

 

I have a question regarding differentiation, what is the difference between .NET Core and Node.js, and which one is fast. 

I have watched a video, where .NET Core was 7time faster than Node.js.
Could anyone explore differentiation between both, Please?
