what is the DB structure of cancellation of hotel booking ?

Hello Guys .. i am experiencing problem with cancellation of hotel booking which is already made.  i don't know how to create database or how to cancel it ? whenever i book hotel it send the confirmation email. however, if anyone want to cancel that booking how can he  cancel ? i want to give cancellation option in my website so if anyone want to cancel they can cancel the booking.  if they cancel i must get cancellation confirmation email. i will do the email part but i have no knowledge about database and cancellation.  Could you please help me out. i would appreciate it. 

 

i'm using the following database.

 

userID, fullname, email, subject, gender, address, city, state, country, mobile no. checkIndate, chechoutdate, noofRoom.
