What is the best technology to learn with Python?

My wife has 2 years of Python experience with Tkinter ( GUI ). she is trying for new projects, since Tkinter is not being used by many others, she is struggling to find a new position. what would be the best technology to learn along with Python. Ex; Python with Flask or Djongo, or Python with Machine learning or Python with Big Data ( Spark ).?
