What is the best mvc project flow to createBig application?

I am gonna start mvc project so i m getting lots of sample project and document and i am getting confuse which is the best to implement. 

and pl. suggest best apporch. 

i wanna create project in code first approch but i got various ways to implement. 

 

could you please give me a sample project so that i can follow that.
