In addition to what Manish Kumar has said, here is the list of all the question(s) you have asked. Please DO NOT get me wrong. You can ask as many questions as you want. The forum is for that only. But here is my observation. The kind of answer you will get is what I call a knowledge in fragments. It is not going to take you anywhere. You must understand how things fit together. Many of the questions I have seen above are actually very tricky. The are formed in such a fashion that only an experianced person will be able to answer them correctly. I suggest you try to get some COMPREHENSIVE knowledge about SQL Server by reading books like Microsoft SQL Server Unleashed series, do some formal online FREE courses and try to get some hands on knowledge. My reply WILL look / sound bitter to you but remember that it is the honest response.
