What is REST rql and how can we perform CRUD operation

Hi there, 

   I am in a trouble, i can perform crud operation using rql sdk written in JS ....

I made a project on rql.io then i selected database mongodb and then i tried to link rql to the browser but its now working ...

Kindly help me to perform crud operation using rql sdk.

I searched alot about rql using chrome and tor but could not find a single useful link.
