what is agile model in mvc ?

hi frnds,

I am beginning for Mvc ...i had attend the Interview Yestreday .he asked which model you are using agile model or waterfall model .if any one know this Please tell me share it.

I think our working procedure . i mean based on the watterfall model method we should be work rgt....?

please tell me what it is....? why we using this procedure...?
