What is a principle tool(Google map)

Hi

I'd ask a quetion 

which one is a best tool, to impliment in my project  (Google map)

I need to impmement map in administrator side, to able to select brunch location and store: 

• Latitude.
• Longitude

 in Branch table.

and how to store mark location.

I serached in many resources.all it speak about implement location in behind code, not select it from map and store in in database.
