Weird Error

Question

"Setup Error Failed to load resources from resource file. Please check your Setup" The error comes up in a message box when I try to exit my application. The app starts up and runs fine. I am running the application on a Windows Server 2003 machine. The application uses many in house user controls. The user controls are swapped dynamically, and the error only occurs when a particular control is still on the form. With any other control, it exits properly. It will even exit properly if we load the control that calls the error then load another one then exit. I have searched all over for this error, but can't find anything. I have seen where it is recommened that MDAC be upgraded. I have not tried this, but will this affect my app? I hope that there is someone out there that has any clue about this problem. It's really frustrating. All help is appreciated. --Chris Payne
