Weekly Calender

Question

 I want to create  a SCheduler which will help me to schedule weekly.
I have a form in a table format; on top I have MONDAY, TUESDAY, ....SUNDAY and at the left hand side I have - Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Night.
So, the table contains nearly 28 radio buttons (7 days*4 time scales).
If a person is available for work on Monday after noon, he should choose the radio button in that grid. This radio button should represent each date and
when the person clicks on submit, I want to pass the CHOSEN DATE AND TIMESCALE to the database.
