webservice to connect database online

Hi,

      I am creating a windows 8 mobile app for the first time. i stucked at connecting to database and retriving data. so i need webservices to connect database online and retrive data.

I was able to resolve the issue by updating my Twilio conference settings from Twilio Conference to Agent Conference.
