-webkit-appearance: none; is not working in firefox

Hi Friends....,

-webkit-appearance: none; is not Working for me in firefox 32.3 browser (Which i had installed)
but its working fine for me in chrome

for firefox i google it and find out

-moz-user-select: none;
-ms-user-select: none;
 -o-user-select: none;

-moz-appearance: none;

its also not fine for me can i get clear solution to disable dropdown arrow in firefox using css
