Webhook event not fired

Question

Hi everyone,

I am using PayPal payment gateway for my application and application having the recursive payments daily/monthly/yearly.

 

While doing the same I am facing an issue regarding webhook  event notification.  

 

I have selected all the events in webhook at paypal account as well as particular event.

 

but when paid amount using NVP (Name value parameter). code in c# webhook event not fired. 

So anyone have idea regarding the same then kindly shared with us it is very urgent.
