WEBAPPLICATION PROJECT CANNOT edit

I cannot be able to edit the vb files in webapplicaton project

Web application which i got from remote computer at d:\inetpub\wwwroots\xxxxx ., when i make any modification to the vb files it show dialog box asking me like want to open file at location d:\inetpub\wwwroots\xxxxx.asmx.vb.. if i give no., it says it disassembly and show the file of disassemblied list...

How can i recitfy this ..
