Web Site in English and Local Language

Question

Hi All,

    We have to develop one web application which has to be in two languages. Default is English and other is Local Language. We have to use MS Access as Database as We have very small amount of data. Now Our question how do we proceed with this requirement. As we have to save data in both language as English and local language. We want all data is to be language specific. We don't want only lables transalated to Local Language.

  Please guide me to proceed further with good solution.
