Web services hosting

Question

Haii folks.....

       We have three servers WebServer,appServer and DBserver physically.I need to host a web application in web server,Web services in Appserver and database and stored procedures in db server.Since i am new to .net iam scaring out to configure this.please tell how to configure this in web server and app server.
Note: 1. I am using service proxy class for webservice this is used by the client.
         2. I am having 12 web pages.Each one will undergone curd operaton to store business                    data.How to call this individual service when it is necessary.What kind of design pattern     need to follow.
