Web page Inheritation?

Question

Hi, I have created a web page which is my parent web pages and encapsulated our common methods and properties there. But i could'nt use any button or visual components there. I tried to daynamically created a user control and used controls.add and addat methods but it did not show in child pages. Any body can help me?
