Web Developer vs App Developer

Question

I have an undergraduate degree in Comp Sci. I graduated a month ago and I am planning to chose my career path. I'm still deciding if I should do Web Development or Mobile App development. I am interested in both of these fields, but I am not sure which one will be a better choice long term. My friend said I should not waste my time with App development . He said Web Development has a better future employment wise. What are your thoughts? Another friend of mine said I should learn objective-c, he said it will be very useful and employable.
