Web browser error

Question

Hi,
I am getting error "Element not Found" while executing Asp.net web page on local host.
Actually I am developing this Asp.net web page on VS2008 while building the solution, it raises an error on the IE address bar
http://-nomerge%20-suspend%20-debug%20http//localhost:1149/website1/Default2.aspx

and after some second it displays an error message in a dialog box
"Unable to start program http://localhost:1149/website1/default2.aspx"
Element Not Found with ok button & as soon as ok button clicked it terminates.

I am unable to debug this error, attached is the screenshot of error windows kindly help in this matter
