Web Based CRM System integrated with IP Phone

Hi All Techgies,

Currently, I already developed Web Based CRM system using MVC4, Razor. Now i want to integrate with IP Phone because my intention is that when customer make a call, pop up web page will show who is calling and history of the current calling customer. Is it possible to do ? and what is required to do this thing?
