web application release management

Question

Hi All,

 

we are working on E-commerce application. the application functionality is Eanhancement/changing continuously so that we come across the problem for release than development. To work with existing rest of the functionality and give  new changes/enhancements.

 we are following below steps in deployement.

1)one developer will get the latest file from vss in visual studio,collect the changed files(like wise we have 5  application in 5 visual studio solutions).

2)some other developer will compare  local and product Dbs and  prepare the change script.

3)Network team will deploye those files in stage server,production server.

 

the above process taking 2 to 3 days ...

 

can you please suggest us any automated deployment tools for that ...
