Web application hangs on Login Screen

Question

I have a web application hosted on some server now i am using it when i login multiple times some times it gets hangs on login screen it went into the wait loop so it does not responding , nothing wrong with the code because locally it works fine ? what would be the reason why it gets hangs on ? for fixing this problem i have to login to my cpanel and then I recycle my IIS Pool , then my application works fine , but i have to recycle the IIS Application Pool , as i cannot do that again and again accordingly to me I think my hosting server set small number of worker process ? so should i increase that ?
