We have a asp web apps running on 2003 server with JRE. Now

We have a asp web apps running on 2003 server with JRE. Now we are looking at migrating this to 2008 server but JRE seems to not wroking. JRE we are using for encryption / decryption. We are able to install JRE and TripleDES and Blowfish dll on 2008 server. But when run the apps and it try to instantialte object TripleDESMachine.Bean.1 with Server.CreatObjet (TripleDESMachine.Bean.1) it throws an error as mentiond in the subject. Appreciate your help.
