WCF ERROR

Question

Dear All,
i have an WCF Application which gives list of user information list, but when the list come 200 or more it gives error.

The Error is 'The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element.'

also i have set the MaxReceivedMessageSize to 2147483647

please give me solution if any one have
