WANTED tutor

For 10 year I have had a dream, Creating a Telenet, FTP and an SMTP server to run a bbs from. I tried downloading samples and they are not all complete nor do they have doc's.

I looking for any one who can program in C#/Sharp in windows forms and can help me to setup my project. If you have 1 or 2 hours a week to help with. Setting up. and with code. PLEASE HELP.
