Want to transfer data from notepad file to excel sheet

Question

Hi friends i have small requirement as
i want to transfer the notepad data to the excel sheet1 in excel
in notepad i have
empid ename sal
 1  abc  1000
 2 cde 2000

I want to transfer this record to exce as like

header as

empno	ename	sal
1	abc	1000
2	cde	2000

this type of structure i want in the excel sheet pls
