want to retrieve data from grid to combo box using oracle co

I am working in the silverlight5 in that I want to retrieve data from grid to combobox using oracle connectivity as well simple web service method so can any one help me on that I can bind data from combo box to grid but cant fetch back from it while I'm working on updating
